Cook the ground pork in a skillet or pan until brown (about 5 minutes).
Move the cooked pork to a separate bowl to.
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Using the same skillet or pan, add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the bell peppers and mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender (about 4 minutes).
