Classic Tuna Salad

Ingredients

Cans of Tuna
I use Sustainable Sea or Wild Planet
1/4
Cup
of Mayo
I use Primal Kitchen

tsp
Dijon Mustard
I use Whole Foods 365 brand

TBSP
Red Onion
2-3
TBSP
Celery
2 stalks

TBSP
Lemon Juice
1
TBSP
Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

Sesame Seeds
optional
Instructions
Chop all of the veggies and herbs.
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients (drain tuna).
MIX.
Garnish with sesame seeds (optional).
Serve over greens of choice.
Notes
Great with fried plantains.
