Classic Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans of Tuna I use Sustainable Sea or Wild Planet
  • 1/4 Cup of Mayo I use Primal Kitchen
  • 1-2 tsp Dijon Mustard I use Whole Foods 365 brand
  • 2 TBSP Red Onion
  • 2-3 TBSP Celery 2 stalks
  • 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBSP Chopped Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds optional

Instructions

  • Chop all of the veggies and herbs.
  • In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients (drain tuna).
  • MIX.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds (optional).
  • Serve over greens of choice.

Notes

Great with fried plantains.
