Simple Steak Marinade

Ingredients
Tri-tip
small-medium
Sea salt and Pepper

garlic cloves minced

Coconut aminos
Instructions
Trip the fat from the bottom side of the steak if it hasn't already been done.
Put the tri-tip in a large bowl or pot.
Add salt and pepper to both sides (be generous with the salt).
Mince the garlic and add it to the steak.
Add the coconut aminos.
Let the steak come to room temperature if you're cooking immediately (1 hour) or place it in the refrigerator overnight!
Grill, pan-fry, or bake to your liking.
Pictured: sear on a pan for 3 minutes per side (discard some of the garlic).
In a preheated oven (350F), bake for 12 minutes per side for medium rare.

These measurements were for a small tri-tip, if you have a larger one, double.
