"Camarones al Mojo de Ajo" (Garlic Shrimp)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 8 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb. Shrimp Deveined, washed, and dried.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped optional garnish
  • 1 Lemon or Lime optional garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, throw in the ghee.
  • Once the ghee is melted, add the minced garlic. Cook for 30-60 seconds. You don't want to burn them.
  • Add the shrimp. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until they turn pink. Shrimp cooks fast!
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley and lemon or lime.
