Churro Oatmeal Bake
An easy bake that can be used as a quick breakfast bite or made into a dessert by adding some vanilla ice-cream. Kid approved!

Ingredients

Almond Milk or Milk of Choice

Eggs
1/4
cup
Melted Ghee, Butter or Coconut Oil
If you are not intolerant to dairy, I suggest using a good grass-fed butter (I love Kerrygold).

Coconut Sugar or Maple Syrup

Cinnamon

Baking Powder

Rolled or Quick Oats
For Topper

Cinnamon

Coconut Sugar or Pure Cane Sugar
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted ghee.
To the bowl, add sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
Add the oats to the bowl until evenly mixed.
Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Add mixture to baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Once the bake is done, sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
Notes
Add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream to make this into a dessert! Sprinkle some more cinnamon-sugar on top.
