3 Easy Homemade Dressings

3 different dressings to add great flavor to salad. They can also be used as marinades.

Ingredients

Sesame Ginger Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 2 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves optional
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Regular Mustard Dijon is best
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar Apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar are OK
  • 1 Tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard REGULAR MUSTARD OK, add 1 tbsp regular mustard + 1 tbsp honey.
  • 1-2 Tbsp Honey Sweetness depends on your liking
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • For each of the dressings, add ALL ingredients to a jar, close the lid, and SHAKE.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Store in the fridge. The olive oil might solidify when refrigerated, run under hot water for a few minutes or let it sit at room temperature for a while before using. Shake every time.
