3 Easy Homemade Dressings
3 different dressings to add great flavor to salad. They can also be used as marinades.

Sesame Ginger Dressing
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
- 2 Minced Garlic Cloves optional
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Regular Mustard Dijon is best
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar Apple cider vinegar or white balsamic vinegar are OK
- 1 Tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard REGULAR MUSTARD OK, add 1 tbsp regular mustard + 1 tbsp honey.
- 1-2 Tbsp Honey Sweetness depends on your liking
- Salt + Pepper to taste
For each of the dressings, add ALL ingredients to a jar, close the lid, and SHAKE.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Store in the fridge. The olive oil might solidify when refrigerated, run under hot water for a few minutes or let it sit at room temperature for a while before using. Shake every time.
