1lb.Flank Steak I used a 1lb. piece, DOUBLE recipe for larger steak.
1/4 cup Coconut Aminos Brands: Big Tree Farms, Coconut Secrets, or TJ's Brand.
2tbsp Rice Vinegar
1tsp Sesame Seed Oil
4Garlic ClovesMinced.
2tspMinced Ginger I use the pre-minced from a jar.
1/2tspSalt
Cracked Pepper
Instructions
Place steak in a baking dish and add all of the ingredients.
Cover and marinade for at least 2 hours refrigerated.
Once you are ready to cook steak, let it come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Choose your cooking method bellow. The times are based on a thin smaller steak, add more time for a more "well-done" steak.
Air-fryer
Cook in the air-fryer for 5 minutes on each side at 400 degrees for medium. Less for medium rare, more for well-done. Option, after air-fryer, heat a pan/skillet on high and sear steak for one minute on each side.
Let it rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into strips.
Grill
Heat the your grill according to the type of grill you have. Grill for about 10 minutes flipping a few times.
Let it rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into strips.
Stove-Top
Heat a pan or skillet on medium high heat.
Cook steak for about 4 minutes per side, longer for more a well-done steak.
Let it rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into strips.
