In a small bowl, mix together all of the dry rub ingredients. Set aside.
Pat dry the ribs with paper towels. Using your hands, rub the ribs with the dry rub mixture.
Through in the broth, apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic, and liquid smoke into the insta pot.
Place the wire rack in the insta pot and place the ribs in there top facing out.
Cook the ribs on high pressure for 20-23 minutes. Once done, let it naturally release pressure for 10 minutes.
Carefully take the ribs out and place them on a baking sheet. Lather them with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Once ready to serve, place the ribs under the broiler in oven for about 5 minutes or until desired crispiness.
