Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk no sugar added
- 1/4 cup chia seeds the more seeds, the thicker the pudding will be
- 1 tablespoon 100% maple syrup
Toppings: (optional)
- Shredded Coconut
- Berries
- Cacao nibs
- Banana
- Almond butter
Instructions
- In a mason jar, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
- Refrigerate over night or for at least 2 hours until it thickens.
