Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk no sugar added
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds the more seeds, the thicker the pudding will be
  • 1 tablespoon 100% maple syrup

Toppings: (optional)

  • Shredded Coconut
  • Berries
  • Cacao nibs
  • Banana
  • Almond butter

Instructions

  • In a mason jar, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
  • Refrigerate over night or for at least 2 hours until it thickens.
  • Finish with desired toppings!
