ABOUT ME

Hi I’m Julie, mother of two cuties under two, strength coach, and amateur blogger. For the past 12 years I have worked in the fitness industry at various CrossFit gyms, Fitness Centers, Schools and loved every one of them. Most recently, I have launched my online training business to fit my lifestyle as a stay at home mom!

Juliethom.com is a place for mindset shifts towards our bodies, delicious recipes, Pregnancy & Postpartum education and fun workouts.

Fun facts about me:

  • Married for almost 10 years to one of the best humans I know!
  • We have moved 4 times in 9 years of being married. 
  • I once ran in a 100k relay where my leg was about 5.6 miles (longest ever) …never again!
  • I traveled alone to New Zealand in 2019. I love traveling! 
  • One of my favorite things to do is go on long walks while listening to a good podcast.
  • I used to hate cooking.

Julie is a certified personal trainer (ACE), Pregnancy&Postpartum Coach, CrossFit L-1 Coach and USA Weightlifting Certified Sports Performance Coach. She holds a Master’s Degree from Gonzaga University in Sport and Athletic Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree from Sonoma State University in Women and Gender Studies.

Julie lives in Minneapolis with her husband Scott, two kids Bear(2) and Bee(9mo) and Bull Terriers.
