Hello strong people! Ciao! Currently in Rome and during our flight over, I put together some fun workouts that can be done anywhere no equipment needed! My husband an I made it to a local Crossfit gym, “11k Crossfit” where we were able to do our weightlifting program. It was great but after walking so many miles throughout the day, my body prefers Bodyweight workouts. The 10 workouts bellow can be done one per day or can be combined for a more intense workout.

1. 10 Burpees EMOM (Every minute on the minute) for 10 minutes. Yes, that’s 100 Burpees.
