3 Fun Vacation Workouts!

There are two types of vacationers, those who want to completely relax and only exercise from their hotel to the beach, and those who look up the gyms in the area before the plane takes off (both are completely okay)! If you fall somewhere in between, as in you want to do some sort of “working out” but don’t want to completely alter your itinerary, these 3 workouts are for you!

Side-note, these workouts are also great if you are working out at home! Each take less than 30 minutes!

  1. 20 Minute AMRAP*

10 squats

10 sit-ups

10 lunges

*3 Burpees @ top of every minute

  1. 5 rounds

Run 200m/50 Jumping Jacks

10 push-ups

15 squats

20 V-ups

[divider]

  1. Tabata

(8 rounds of 20sec./10sec. work/rest) p.s. workout=28min.

Burpees

Rest 2 minutes

Sit-ups

Rest 2 minutes

Squats

Rest 2 minutes

Hand-release Push-ups

Rest 2 minutes

“Box” Jumps or Step-ups (Use bench, chair, or deck!)
