Hey there strong people!
Recently my sister told me my niece/goddaughter joined her as she knocked out a home workout from a recent post. It made my heart melt! She is laid-back yet hard working, has a BIG personality (once you get to know her) and is so Beautiful. I am truly blessed with the most amazing niece and nephews (3 boys). I decided to make this post inspired by all of them which includes an at home “kid friendly” workout. To all my family and friends with kids, enjoy this workout you can do together as a family! Warm-up
2 ROUNDS 30 Seconds at each:
Butt Kickers
Star Jumps
Inch-worm
High Knees
Frog Squat Hold
Seal Jacks
*Rest 30-60 Seconds (after each round).
Workout
5 minutes of:
10 Burpees
20 Glute March
**REST 1 MIN.
5 Minutes of:
10 Lunges
20 Mountain Climbers
**REST 1 MIN.
5 Minutes of:
10 Sit-ups
20 Jumping Jacks
**ALL DONE!
