Hey there strong people! If you have Instagram and don’t already follow me, head over and look for me under “@juliecthom”! I posted this recipe on my insta stories. If you missed it, no worries, it is so easy! If you have ever made a classic tuna salad, this is practically identical to most recipes. The two main differences I made were in the products I used. A lot of canned tuna brands contain soy (soybean oil) or are not sustainable seafood (wild-caught, not harmful to environment, amongst other criteria). Reading labels is important since sometimes we don’t notice what might be “sneaking” in our foods. The other difference is the type of mayo I used, Primal Kitchen Mayo (not an ad). It is made with 100% avocado oil, cage-free eggs and is sugar free. Again, read labels. Most mayos have sugar and are made with canola oil.
Now, on to the recipe. Enjoy!
