Salad Topper

Hey there strong people!

One of the easiest way for me to get a lot of vegetables with every meal I eat are salads. I think I have some sort of salad with every meal. For breakfast, I pile a bunch of arugula to make a breakfast salad, for lunch I usually have leftovers on top of a giant salad, and for dinner, you guessed it…side salad! I mix up the toppings and flavors of my salads but I was catching myself having to undo a lot of “rubber-banded” half ripped bag of nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. I typically add some sort of nut, a couple types of seeds, and some dried fruit. More than a recipe, this is more of a “hack” to make salad making easier!

I mean, who doesn’t want this goodness in a salad:

Heres what you have to do:

Choose 1-2 of nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Grab a giant bowl and throw in the same amount of each. MIX. Store in mason jars! BOOM. Now all you have to do when you prepare your greens for a salad is grab the topper jar! Side-note, use a small mason jar and keep this in your bag for traveling (camping, road-tripping, or general travel).

Enjoy this little tip/hack/recipe!
