Easy Zoodle Pho with “Nona Lim Bone Broth”

Hey there strong people! If you’re reading this, thank you for checking out my website! It has been a little while (more than a little actually) that I have published a recipe. The reasons for that are coming in a later Blog post I am working on. For now, I will keep this short and sweet.

If you love Pho, a warm Vietnamese broth that is way to complex for me to describe, you will love this easy at-home version! Side-note confession: I LOVE GROCERY SHOPPING. I would spend hours in the grocery store if I didn’t have a dog at home. In one of my trips to Walmart, while venturing through the “gluten free” isle in the frozen section, I came across a bone-broth I had never seen before: Nona Lim Bone Broth. There were several different flavors and the Vietnamese Beef Bone Broth caught my eye! Once at home I followed the simple heating instructions and it was super tasty! I just drank it straight from the container! Then, I had the idea of adding veggies, meat and ALL the wonderful pho toppings traditionally served at restaurants. It is truly wonderful! Scroll down for the recipe.

Heres the brand: Nona Lim Bone Broth-Vietnamese Beef Bone Broth. I have found this brand at Walmart and Whole Foods!
It is wonderful with zoodles! If you don’t already have spiralizer, they will change your veggie life!
I love all the traditional Pho toppings: Bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, jalapeno pepper slices, lime juice (I only had lemons), red chili pepper flakes, and hot sauce.
ENJOY! Get creative and add whatever cooked meat you have on hand.
